We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Monarch Dental team supporting our Pine Bluff & North Little Rock office. In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Requirements

• Meet all state-specific registered dental assistant credentialing requirements
• Current CPR/BLS certification and X-Ray Certification
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support office flow to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
