About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Assistant in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient dentistry role with a Monday-Friday schedule, offering a stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance. The position involves supporting preventative and general dental procedures in a structured clinical environment with strong support staff and an organized workflow. Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience REQUIRED
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) certification REQUIRED
• Comfortable assisting with preventative dental procedures REQUIRED
• Strong teamwork and communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work within organized outpatient clinical setting REQUIRED
• Patient-centered care approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during preventative and general dental procedures
• Support sealant and fluoride treatment procedures
• Assist with tartar and plaque removal procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Prepare treatment rooms and support efficient clinical workflow
