About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support multi-specialty clinical services across several outpatient senior-care centers in the Inland Empire. This individual will be cross-trained across all specialties — dental, optometry, podiatry, and audiology — and the role will not involve a high volume of dental work. While some dental support is required, the majority of the work involves assisting our providers across multiple disciplines. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model serving seniors living independently throughout the Inland Empire. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the focus to remain on supporting high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment; instead, assistants work within established clinic settings, supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, predictable scheduling, strong administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant experience required (not ideal for new grads)
• Certification or registration required if applicable in California
• Comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
• Support optometry, podiatry, and audiology providers after cross-training
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Travel between assigned centers with mileage reimbursement and travel pay
