Responsibilities
- Helping children feel calm, safe, and supported during dental visits
- Using encouragement and positivity to turn nervous patients into confident ones
- Assisting dentists and hygienists while learning pediatric clinical skills step-by-step
- Explaining procedures in a kid-friendly, reassuring way
- Creating a fun, welcoming environment for patients and their families
- Supporting a smooth, efficient schedule in a busy pediatric setting
- Working closely with a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
