Requirements
- Active Arizona X-ray Certification is a strict requirement.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; must be comfortable with digital workflows.
- A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a "team-first" mindset.
- A candidate who values building long-term relationships with the Gilbert community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level chairside assistance for a wide range of services, including preventive, emergency, and complex restorative procedures.
- Utilize advanced digital imaging to provide fast, detailed results with 80% less radiation for our patients.
- Serve as an advocate for our "sedation dentistry" options, helping anxious patients feel relaxed and welcome.
- Assist in specialized treatments like dental crowns, extractions, and smile makeovers using cutting-edge composites.
- Ensure 5-star sterilization protocols, manage inventory, and support the front office in maintaining accurate digital patient records.
