About The Position
The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to fill a vacancy in our AEGD Clinic. This position provides chair-side dental assistance to faculty and residents in the AEGD Clinic for dental procedures. This individual will also fill out and update pertinent patient information in the correct charts/systems. Along with make sure equipment and room are sterilized and ready for patient and faculty/students/residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Oklahoma Dental Assistant Permit or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Provides chair-side dental assistance to faculty and residents in the AEGD Clinic for dental procedures.
- Fills out and updates pertinent patient information in the correct charts/systems.
- Ensures equipment and room are sterilized and ready for patient and faculty/students/residents.
