About The Position

Colleyville Family Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Colleyville, TX! Join a Well-Established, Patient-Focused Dental Practice. Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for an opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled doctor in a supportive, team-oriented environment? Our growing practice is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and support Dr. Virginia Mendell, an award-winning dentist with extensive experience in cosmetic, restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant dentistry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Dental Assisting experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Comfortable working with one primary doctor

Nice To Haves

• Experience with implant procedures is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories
