About The Position
Established in 1994, NiteLines USA has successfully delivered contract support services to more than 144 government institutions and medical treatment facilities across the country. Work with a dedicated and caring organization and start doing your life's best work. We are currently looking to hire a Dental Assistants with NiteLines USA. This is in a federal correctional environment. Note: Security and Dentist will be present to assure safety! Client will train standards and systems!
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Shall possess specialty training from a licensed dentist and/or certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program.
- Training must include dental radiology and radiology safety.
- Be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Assists Dentist in dental specialty sections: restorative, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthetics, and examinations.
- Dental prophylaxis.
- Performs procedures pursuant to fabrication and repair of complete denture prosthesis and removable partial prosthesis.
- Maintains proper infection control procedures in radiographic techniques.
- Places and finishes dental restorations, including bases and liners.
- Make primary impressions and pours casts.
