Requirements

• Current EFDA certification in the state of Ohio
• Prior dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong clinical and restorative assisting skills
• Positive attitude with excellent patient communication
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable supporting a variety of dental procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Perform EFDA duties in accordance with Ohio regulations
• Place and finish restorative materials as directed by the doctor
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Support office flow and provider efficiency throughout the day
