About The Position
Synergy Endodontics is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing specialty practice in Palm Desert, California. Whether you have previous dental assisting experience or are a recent graduate eager to learn, we are looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to grow with our practice. Our office is dedicated exclusively to endodontic care, providing an excellent opportunity to learn specialized procedures and develop your skills in a supportive environment. Training is available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Current Radiology Certification preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and a strong team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Support patient care by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations
