About The Position
Assists the dentist in providing general dental services.
Requirements
- Certificate of completion of the Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) examination.
- Certificate of completion in Clinical/Dental Radiography issued by the Dental Assisting National Board.
- Current, completed PSV from the Dental Assisting National Board.
- Minimum one year of past work experience in this position.
Responsibilities
- Accurately completes the daily sharps and instrument inventory at the beginning and end of each workday.
- Triages all patients scheduled to be seen by the dentist.
- Takes dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.
