Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to anticipate the dentist’s needs during procedures
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- EFDA is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories
- Taking digital radiographs
- Ensuring patient comfort and providing education when appropriate
- Assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining efficient patient flow
- Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
