Dental Assistant Full-Time
About The Position
Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our amazing KY team! This dental assisting opportunity will work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. This position will work between 2 facilities, Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex - 2 days weekly, and Little Sandy Correctional Complex- 3 days weekly. This position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry. Mid America Health offers competitive compensation of $20 per hour. Requirements
- KY X-Ray Certification required
- CPR for Health Care Providers
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
Responsibilities
- Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction and prosthodontic care.
- Significant administrative duties are also required.
