About The Position

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a motivated and positive Dental Assistant to join our team in Weston, WI! No prior dental experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow within the dental field. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the doctor and team to help provide a comfortable and positive experience for patients while learning valuable clinical and patient care skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Welcome and support patients throughout their visit
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office
• Take and review patient information
• Sterilize instruments and follow office safety protocols
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
