About The Position
Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team at the Murphy office. The role involves supporting both patients and providers in delivering exceptional dental care within a collaborative environment. Requirements
- Current TX RDA Certification
- CPR
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
- Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
- Travel between supported office locations as needed
