Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Current Iowa Dental Assistant registration (or ability to obtain).
- X-ray certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.
- Ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit.
- Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and the front office to deliver outstanding patient care.
