About The Position

Family Smiles LLC is seeking passionate and certified Dental Assistants to join our Central clinic. As a key member of our dental healthcare team, you will play an integral role in our operations and success. We value the skills of certified and licensed Dental Assistants and Oral Radiology Technicians and are excited to welcome you to our dental healthcare family. This position offers a competitive salary, a signing bonus for DANB certified assistants, and operates within clinic hours of M-F 10am-6pm and Sat 9am-2pm.

Requirements

• State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
• Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification
• Full time availability

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Candidates who are in progress of obtaining their DANB certification are also welcome to apply as an OJT, provided you are able to receive certification within 90 days of hire!

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
