About The Position

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent clinical support and patient care in a fast-paced dental environment.

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support infection control and OSHA compliance standards
• Assist with scheduling, lab cases, and clinical workflow
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout treatment
