About The Position

The Dental Assistant will join a modern, privately owned, family-owned dental practice that is building a long-term team. The role is open to both experienced assistants and motivated individuals beginning their careers. The practice offers an opportunity to learn its systems, build confidence, develop relationships with patients and coworkers, and grow professionally as the practice expands.

The assistant supports patient care by preparing treatment rooms, welcoming patients, assisting the dentist during procedures, maintaining infection control, taking digital X-rays as permitted by certification, and keeping operatories stocked and organized. The role also includes educating patients about post-operative instructions and oral hygiene and helping provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
