About The Position
We are hiring for a Dental Assistant to join our Livingston team! This is a Full-Time position, 36 hrs/week (Tues-Fri). The compensation is $19.11-$20.20/hr for non-certified, plus a $2.30/hr locality differential. We are looking for a motivated and heartfelt individual interested in working full-time to help provide dental care to the community. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and valid driver's license are required.
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Intent to complete dental board-approved radiology certification (DANB RHS or other)
- Competent computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of a certified dental assistant program is preferred
- Two (2) years of dental clinic experience is preferred
- Healthcare related experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists with patient examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
