Responsibilities

Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes
Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment
Ensure instruments are sterilized and ready at all times
Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently
Communicate clearly with patients and parents to create a warm, welcoming experience
Jump in wherever needed; no task is “not your job.”
Help create a low-stress, high-care environment for every patient
