About The Position
Offering a Sign-On Bonus for a Skilled Specialty Dental Assistant to Join Our Team! We are seeking a full-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you’ll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed. This position requires a minimum schedule of three days a week. Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour. Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour. Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant. About you: You are an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics, seeking an opportunity for continued growth and advancement. You efficiently prepare operatories for a wide range of procedures and provide seamless support to dentists, specialists, surgeons, and the rest of the clinical team. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
- Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of computer programs
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Radiology certified
- ALS certified
- DAANCE certified

- Certified Dental Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
- Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools
- Sterilize dental instruments and tools
- Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment
