About The Position

Offering a Sign-On Bonus for a Skilled Specialty Dental Assistant to Join Our Team! We are seeking a full-time or part-time Specialty Dental Assistant Floater to support our specialists. In this role, you’ll work alongside a variety of general and specialty providers, delivering exceptional clinical support and flexible coverage where needed. This position requires a minimum schedule of three days a week. Full Time Assistant Pay starts at $26/hour. Part Time Assistant Pay starts at $23/hour. Compensation floors are based on candidate having at least 12 months of Dental Assisting experience, OR, being a Certified Dental Assistant. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
  • Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs
  • CPR/First Aid certified
  • Radiology certified
  • ALS certified
  • DAANCE certified

  • Certified Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures
  • Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
  • Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools
  • Sterilize dental instruments and tools
  • Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment
