Imagix Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join their team in Norcross, GA. This role is crucial in creating a positive patient experience, supporting the dentist and clinical team, and working in a modern practice with advanced technology. Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience required
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification required
• X-Ray certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, patient-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Nitrous Oxide certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatment
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take X-rays and assist with impressions and study models
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients
• Provide post-treatment instructions and support excellent patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
• Support the clinical team and help keep the office running smoothly
• Assist with dental and medical emergencies as needed
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required.
