Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- A true team player who’s ready to jump in where needed
Nice To Haves
- X-ray certification
- Comfortable with dental software
- Great energy and a sense of humor
Responsibilities
- Assisting chairside during dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments
- Taking X-rays (if certified)
- Ensuring operatories are clean, stocked, and ready
- Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
- Helping keep the daily schedule flowing seamlessly
