About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join us at BayView Dental. As a crucial member of our team, you will assist our dentists in providing high-quality oral healthcare to our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
Requirements
- Dental assisting: 1 year
- License/Certification: X-Ray Certification
- CDA or EFDA certification
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Help maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
