Welcome to Rochelle E. Hackley DDS Dental Spa! We are a thriving, patient-focused practice featuring 7 modern operatories, 1 dedicated Dentist, 3 skilled Hygienists, 3 Dental Assistants, and 3 welcoming Front Staff members. Requirements

A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
Must be X-ray Certified.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a naturally caring and friendly demeanor.
Open and eager to learn Orthodontics (prior ortho experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right person!).
A deep commitment to providing outstanding, compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent clinical support and chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
Greet and prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they feel relaxed and cared for in our spa-like atmosphere.
Take and process high-quality dental X-rays, and meticulously sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment rooms.
Actively manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and support overall office flow.
Serve as a friendly face and a strong communicator, supporting patient comfort throughout their entire visit.
