About The Position
Concierge Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their team. The company operates five modern, fully digital practices in Western New York, emphasizing advanced technology and a friendly team environment. This position offers the flexibility to work near home with opportunities for cross-training at other locations.
Requirements
- Warm, steady, and quick on your feet
- Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast
- A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory
Nice To Haves
- Chairside experience helpful
- NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (we’ll help you get there)
- Dental experience preferred — but the right attitude can be trained
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures
- Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving
- Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging
- Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team
