About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dental Assistant to support a growing dental practice based in the United States. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a dental clinic who is comfortable handling patient communication and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working in a dental clinic
- Familiarity with Dentrix (required)
- Strong communication skills in English C1/C2 (spoken and written)
- Experience with appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- U.S Based Experience (required)
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination
- Use Dentrix for patient records, scheduling, treatment plans, and administrative tasks
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and office inquiries
- Explain dental procedures, treatment recommendations, and terminology clearly to patients
- Support treatment coordination and assist with case acceptance communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily workflow
