Requirements

Experienced as a Dental Assistant (or a quick learner with strong fundamentals)
Patient-focused, professional, and able to build trust through excellent chairside communication
Comfortable assisting in a variety of procedures, sterilization protocols, and treatment planning
Motivated by performance-based income and growth opportunities
Organized, punctual, and dependable in a fast-paced clinical setting

Nice To Haves

EFDA certification or expanded functions skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality chairside assisting for a range of dental procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and more).
Set up and break down operatories efficiently and maintain impeccable sterilization standards.
Take digital X-rays, assist with impressions and scanning, and support the dentist in delivering excellent patient care.
Educate and build trust with patients chairside, contributing to case acceptance.
Collaborate with the front and back office to maintain smooth patient flow.
Contribute to the growth of the practice through teamwork, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
