Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)
  • DANB CDA, ICE, RHS certifications, and CPR certification (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of dental office experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate chairside assistance during root canals and other endodontic procedures
  • Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
  • Capture and process high-quality digital x-rays
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and keep supplies stocked and organized
  • Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and ensure comfort throughout their visit
  • Contribute to the smooth daily workflow and support the clinical team
