Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of active chairside dental assisting experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Dental Assisting Certificate and an active Arizona X-ray certification are required.
- A professional who moves with urgency and takes pride in a well-organized operatory.
- A team player who thrives in a drama-free, collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or a strong interest in TMJ/TMD therapy is a significant plus, as this is a core specialty of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Act as the doctor's right hand chairside, ensuring procedures like restorations, implants, and complex cases run smoothly.
- Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images to assist in patient education.
- Manage lab case tracking and inventory to keep the clinical team on schedule.
- Help deliver our signature experience, from providing warm blankets to explaining post-op care in a relaxing environment.
