About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in clinics across the Seattle Metro area. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model where clinic staff are on-site full time. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment; instead, dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency, predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience required (2+ years experience preferred)
- Registered Dental Assistant
- Active Radiation Certificate
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations within the Seattle Metro area and Valid Driver's License
- Able to lift/transport equipment (25-50 lbs)
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
- A heart for serving senior and underserved communities
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
- Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support patient intake and documentation
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and administrative tasks
- Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
