About The Position
Wallace Dental Clinic is seeking Dental Assistants to join their team. Wallace Dental Clinic is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that has been providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services for over 40 years. They are committed to improving the health outcomes of their community and supporting the whole person. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified DA (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- CPR/BLS certified.
- Attention to detail – You take pride in keeping instruments and workspaces clean and sterile.
- Comfort with technology – You’re confident using dental software and electronic records.
- Must be fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a dental clinic.
- Familiarity with OSHA, CDC, and ADA standards.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures.
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Educating patients on oral health and addressing their questions or concerns.
- Supporting the clinic’s overall operations and contributing to an efficient workflow.
- Collaborating with a compassionate team to provide outstanding patient care.
