About The Position
AuraSmile Dental North Olmsted is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing best-in-class patient care to every patient, every visit, every time! Our ideal candidate is a certified professional who has 3+ years’ experience, preferably in a lead dental assistant role. Our practice is partnered with North American Dental Group yet operates from the “family feel” of private practice. Our close-nit team thrives in a drama-free work environment where each member has the opportunity to experience a fair, happy, and healthy work environment! Partnering with NADG, our dental assistants can count on an assigned (Regional) Dental Assistant Coach to guide you toward your success and growth! This structure is designed to help support and fully develop our dental assistants. Our professional development opportunities also assist our DA’s in exploring advancement opportunities!
Requirements
- Certified professional
- 3+ years’ experience
- Preferably in a lead dental assistant role
