Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- X-ray certification (required)
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Infection control certification (preferred)
- Completion of a dental assisting program (preferred)
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient
- Assist dentists chairside during a wide range of dental procedures
- Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments according to OSHA guidelines
- Take high-quality digital dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain organized treatment rooms and assist with inventory management
- Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent care delivery
