About The Position
Orchard Endodontics is a patient‑focused, emergency‑based endodontic specialty practice committed to delivering exceptional care and a supportive experience for every patient. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports our doctors chair‑side, ensures smooth daily operations, and contributes to a positive, efficient practice environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental Radiology Certification
- Prior dental assisting experience (endodontic experience preferred but not required)

Responsibilities
- Provide chair‑side clinical support to doctors, including assisting, charting, patient education, operatory set‑up, and operatory clean‑up
- Deliver superior patient experience throughout all phases of the appointment
- Take high quality dental radiographs and CBCT scans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Perform sterilization processes for instruments, equipment, and operatories
- Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
- Follow infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to all workplace regulations
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
