At Anthem Dentistry, led by Dr. Connor Stevenson and Dr. Kenneth Williams, we deliver exceptional, personalized dental care in a modern, welcoming environment. Located in Suite 162 on W. Anthem Way, our spacious 8-operatory practice provides comprehensive family, preventive, cosmetic, restorative, and sedation dentistry. Our office culture is structured and disciplined, yet warm, fun, and highly collaborative! Supported by a well-organized team-2 Doctors, 3 Hygienists, 2 Front Office Professionals, and 2 Back Office Assistants-we take pride in treating every patient like family while keeping our clinical flow running seamlessly. We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our back-office clinical team. Working alongside our Lead Dental Assistant and experienced providers, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent patient care. Requirements

Dental Assistant (DA) Diploma or Certification from an accredited program.
Arizona Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Certification.
Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Williams during 4-handed dentistry procedures across restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and guide anxious patients through a comfortable experience.
Prepare, sanitize, and stock operatories in our 8-op facility in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
Capture high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and safely.
Assist with chart notes, post-op care instructions, and clinical workflow coordination.
