Requirements
- CT dental assistant certification
- 1 + years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership & communication
- CPR/BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Radiography certification
- Dental software experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during exams, cleanings, fillings, and surgical procedures
- Oversee daily clinical and front-office operations and team workflows
- Train, mentor, and support junior dental assistants and front desk staff
- Maintain OSHA compliance, sterilization protocols, and infection control standards
- Manage supply inventory, scheduling coordination, and patient flow efficiency
- Deliver an exceptional, compassionate patient experience from check-in to discharge
