About The Position

Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time Dental Assistant to add to our team! Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred! Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in all aspects with enthusiasm
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Chair-side assisting
• Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
• Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilization
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
• Patient follow up calls
• Taking x-rays and 3D images
• The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats with volunteers and team
• Cross-train and perform duties in both dental assisting and front office operations as needed
