About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team Monday - Thursday. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will support the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental Assistant certification
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
• Proficiency with dental software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories
• Maintain internal lab and track outside lab cases
• Take dental x-rays, intra-oral images, scans, CBCT (training available)
• Monitor accurate patient records/consent forms
• Reaffirm doctor’s recommended treatment and post-treatment care to patients
• Manage patient relationships and daily patient flow
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and HIPAA regulations
