About The Position

Join ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as a Dental Assistant and grow into a specialty most dental assistants never get the chance to touch. At our Rochester center, you'll work directly alongside our Prosthodontist, learning implant and restorative procedures hands-on. No implant experience required — we'll train you. Requirements

• Current Dental Assistant certification meeting New York state requirements
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience
• Strong manual dexterity and comfort learning new clinical technology
• A calm, positive presence in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Nice To Haves

• No implant or prosthodontic experience needed — genuine willingness to learn is what counts

Responsibilities

• Learn to assist the Prosthodontist chairside during implant and restorative procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, following infection control protocols
• Take digital X-rays and process radiographic imaging
• Support lab case coordination and clinical inventory
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM — no weekends, ever
