Dental Assistant – Elite Clinical Support | Flexible Future Schedule Practice: Arizona Smile Design Location: Sun City West, AZ Experience Required: 3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Note: Friday Half-Days 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM available soon-perfect for those seeking future growth!) Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of active chairside dental assisting experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Dental Assisting Certificate and an active Arizona X-ray certification are required.
A professional who moves with urgency and takes pride in a well-organized operatory.
A team player who thrives in a drama-free, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience or a strong interest in TMJ/TMD therapy is a significant plus, as this is a core specialty of our practice.

Responsibilities

Act as the doctor's right hand chairside, ensuring procedures like restorations, implants, and complex cases run smoothly.
Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images to assist in patient education.
Manage lab case tracking and inventory to keep the clinical team on schedule.
Help deliver our signature experience, from providing warm blankets to explaining post-op care in a relaxing environment.
