About The Position
We’re looking for the right Dental Assistant to join our team at PCHC Seaport Dental Center, with a particular interest in experienced Dental Assistants and those ready to take the next step into a Lead role. Depending on your experience, qualifications, and leadership skills, you may join us as an Experienced Dental Assistant or Lead Dental Assistant. We’re also open to meeting someone with limited or no dental experience who is passionate about our mission, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in dental care. Ultimately, we’re looking for the right person to join our team and serve our community.
Requirements
- Experience as a Dental Assistant.
- At least 3 years of Dental Assistant experience, along with an interest and aptitude for leadership, teamwork, and helping others succeed.
- High school diploma or equivalent, a passion for our mission, and an eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to dental providers and exceptional care to patients.
- Combine hands-on clinical support with administrative responsibilities, mentorship, training, team coordination, and leadership development.
- Support patient care while also helping with patient check-in and check-out, coordinating team needs, and mentoring and training new employees.
