We’re hiring a Full‑Time Dental Assistant II to join our Wilmington–Porters Neck team at 8201 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28411. We’re looking for a dependable, team‑oriented DA II who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. In this role, you’ll work alongside engaged providers and a supportive clinical team in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment where collaboration and quality care are top priorities.

Requirements

• DAII training or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
• NC Xray Certification
• CPR certification (or able to obtain within 30 days)
• Ability to explain treatment plans and insurance information clearly
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
• Able to travel to other locations when needed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Denticon is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Present and review treatment plans with patients
• Schedule appointments and support patient flow
• Maintain equipment, instruments, and clinical supply inventory
• Take and record patient health histories
• Perform sterilization, operatory turnover, and dental charting
• Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled procedures
• Support additional clinical tasks as needed
