About The Position

Wisconsin Endodontic Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. If you’re looking to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong leadership and modern technology, we’d love to meet you. This position is primarily based in our Wauwatosa and Oak Creek offices. Candidates must be able and willing to travel between our Wauwatosa, Oak Creek, and Mequon locations as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience (endo experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Nice To Haves

• CBCT experience a plus
• endo experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Take and process X-Rays (CBCT experience a plus)
• Maintain accurate charting and patient records
• Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
