Requirements

  • 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred)
  • HARP and CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and patient-focused
  • Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a busy clinic
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort with dental software and digital workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with iTero scanning
  • IPAC and WHMIS certification

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in line with IPAC protocols
  • Support a variety of procedures including implants, extractions, bone grafts, and root canals
  • Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment
