About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model, offering a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment; instead, dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency, predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience required
- Certification or registration required if applicable in Colorado
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift/transport equipment (25-50 lbs)
- Must pass federal background check + drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating senior populations preferred
- Strong organizational and patient communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
