Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- Coronal Polishing Certificate is mandatory for the CP and Assisted Hygiene assisting roles; for general certification is not required
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles—healthcare or dental preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for teamwork and delivering excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance, including coronal polishing and hygiene support
- Prepare and maintain operatories and instruments for seamless patient workflow
- Accurately document patient care and assist with charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your clinical and administrative skills
- Ensure compliance with practice policies and high standards for the patient experience
