The office prioritizes quality over volume with patient-centered scheduling and a streamlined workflow using modern technology in an 8-operatory facility. The team is tight-knit and collaborative, consisting of 2 providers, 2 hygienists, 2 front office specialists, and an experienced assisting team. The role offers exceptional work-life balance with a structured Monday through Thursday daytime schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), ensuring no late nights, Fridays, or weekends off.

Requirements

2+ years of clinical Dental Assisting experience required.
Active Arizona Dental Assistant License / Certification required.
Valid Arizona Radiography (X-Ray) Certification required.
Proficient in chairside assisting, taking clear X-rays, digital/traditional impressions, and room sterilization.
Reliable, detail-oriented, team-first mindset with a warm, professional bedside manner.

Responsibilities

Providing chairside assisting during general, restorative, cosmetic, and digital dental procedures.
Reviewing patient charts, capturing digital X-rays, and taking traditional & digital impressions.
Setting up and breaking down operatories, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and prepping instruments.
Educating patients on post-op care and creating a comfortable, reassuring environment throughout their visit.
