About The Position
Northland Dental Choice is looking for a bubbly, energetic Dental Assistant to join their fun, fast-paced dental team. The ideal candidate loves making people smile, thrives in a leadership role, and brings positive vibes. The office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Requirements
- Experienced Registered Dental Assistant
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience utilizing the iTero
- A team-player mindset
- A calm, caring approach with patients
- Strong organizational skills
- A desire to keep things running like clockwork
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Invisalign, Botox, and Implants is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists with a variety of procedures, including Invisalign, Botox, Implants, and Surgery.
- Making patients feel welcome, informed, and cared for before, during, and after treatment.
- Keeping treatment rooms prepped, clean, and organized.
- Taking digital x-rays, sterilizing instruments, and managing clinical flow.
- Being a vital part of a team that works together, supports each other, and truly cares.
